File a Complaint - Social media shopping



The Consumer Protection Service urges consumers to be very careful when shopping via social media. To this end, the Service has issued relevant announcements.

For relevant consumer complaints, the Service cannot proceed into any actions/investigation because in most cases it is unable to locate the person who provides the products/services for sale through social media channels. In addition, in legal terms, it is not in position to build a case, as in most cases the seller is not an established company and payment is usually processed through a money transfer service.
